My name is Hilary, and I’m the founder of State of Mind Hypnosis & Training Centre in Canada. I specialize in hypnosis, energy work, and spiritual awareness. My mission is to guide people in releasing stuck emotions, breaking limiting beliefs, and accessing the wisdom of their higher self.

But I didn’t start here.

I used to work in the corporate world as a designer. I had studied for nearly 11 years to get there and thought I had manifested the life I wanted. But in 2018, everything changed. I suddenly developed a neurological sleep issue where my body would jolt me awake every time I started to drift off. I couldn’t function. I couldn’t sleep. I was placed on heavy medication just to make it through the night.

That breakdown became my breakthrough.

A couple of friends were using hypnosis in their work, and I decided to try it, despite being skeptical. What I discovered was that hypnosis didn’t turn me into someone else. It brought me back to myself. It helped me sleep again, reset my nervous system, and begin to heal.

I knew then I couldn’t go back to the corporate world. So I trained to become a hypnotist.

Today, I work with clients from all over the world, helping them release blocks, raise their vibration, and explore their soul’s path. I also train others through professional certification programs in hypnosis and advanced spiritual techniques.

My work blends grounded hypnotic tools with intuitive practices and cosmic awareness.

Along my path, I began to experience things I couldn’t explain: visions, visitations, and spontaneous out-of-body experiences. What started as personal healing evolved into a deep spiritual awakening. I began encountering what many call star beings, or intergalactic beings. Some looked feline. Others were pure light. Some matched descriptions of greys, and others were completely beyond the human imagination.

For a while, I brushed it off. I had grown up in the ’80s and ’90s, when every year seemed to come with a new doomsday prediction. I was jaded. I’d been raised to fear aliens, and E.T. terrified me as a child. I didn’t want to believe in anything unless it came with science and evidence.

That’s when I found Dr. Steven Greer’s work.

He spoke with clarity and authority, scientific, grounded, and credible. I began to take the idea of extraterrestrial life more seriously. More importantly, I began to release the fear.

In hypnosis sessions, I’ve guided many clients through past life regressions where they connect with lifetimes as star beings. Not one of them has ever reacted with fear. They feel calm, curious, and deeply connected. That changed everything for me.

I began to open up more.

In 2023, I started channeling. I read a book that said anyone could do it, and I gave it a try. Messages began coming through, and I shared them privately with close friends. The feedback was encouraging, so I began sharing them weekly on my Patreon.

The moment came into my life that shifted everything, it all started in and around the year 2012. This shift is when many rise in vibration and begin to fulfill our life’s pathway, our mission, our soul’s blueprint.

Circumstances arose in my life that took me down several paths and journeys that led me here today. The pivotal point of change was when I was led to the experience of meditation after several life changes and personal experiences.

Upon visiting a local spiritual church to seek solace, I entered into a new world that I could not return from, an opposition to what my mind would understand at the time was morphed into something my mind could not fathom. A strangeness of the opportunity to reach deep inside of myself. I began this phase with trepidation and a childlike excitement as I opened up into a deepening within myself that’s past the mind and became something that I could not resist. It drew me in and blew my mind with a sense of questioning. The words did not flow; all I could do was to observe as, through this experience, I drew nearer to who I was and what I was. Peace began to enter my life with a sprinkle of joy and a gradual opening of my heart as I allowed myself to move deeper into the state of just being.

The awareness of energy came to me after taking several courses to become a Reiki master. The feeling of energy moving out of my physical body, out of my hands, sent my body into feeling dizzy, and I was unable to hold the energy that I was connecting to. I felt a push to become more embodied within myself. To anchor in this light that I was receiving, and through this process, my breath entered and became more fluent and flowing in the interaction with my body. My mind opened up visions, and extra sensory perception was felt and experienced during these times of great change. The language of light entered my awareness firstly through my hands signing codes during my practice of energy work, and weeks later, the language of light was spoken through my lips. My mind was unaware of the processes of what was being presented to me. But I knew deep down inside of myself that everything was ok, everything was ok.

Transitioning through this period in my life, I felt the need for change in my exterior life with the falling away of friendships, with the falling away of relationships within my close network of family members, as they saw me change, there became a great gap between us. This phase of my journey was not only difficult for me but also for my family. Miscommunication and misunderstandings led to me leaving them behind in the year 2020, just before the Covid experience upon the Earth. I entered a stage of deep reflection during the three years of my hermit stage. My only true companion at that stage was my beautiful dog, Louise. She assisted me with a depth of healing that transformed my life forever.

I actively deepened my light language codes and moved the energies of who I was not out of my body publicly when I created and presented video content from my YouTube channel. This was my healing, this was my awakening. So that everyone who saw me at that stage in my life could see my transition, and with it, gradually, step-by-step, my higher self would bring me great wisdom. Through my codes, I awakened myself, and still awakened myself layer by layer as I transitioned out of my ego mind structure into my inner wisdom. During this process, my reality perception was broadened, deepened, and heightened into understanding and acknowledging different realms and dimensions of existence. Here is where my inner knowing of the connection to my multidimensionality became my reality of who I am. Galactic alliances came in from many perspectives to assist me with remembering who I was.

My multidimensional aspect of Pleiadian assists me during my own healing and the healing of others as I connect to their energy signature, with this aspect connecting to the emotions of the physical body and the energetic field of the emotional body.

Acturian codes are presented to me and flow through me out of my hands into energetic templates to upgrade and activate myself and others.

The Mantis being and insect races assist me with their connection, and with the downloaded Mantis multidimensional aspect, I assist myself and others with the upgrading of DNA structure with the codes that are presented through me.

Disclosure is an inside job. Our galactic family members have always been with us. They are not separate from us. They are us. As we blend our energy together through the structure of our body, we hold a template of our connection. She has taught students of all ages in various settings, including community education classes, libraries, schools, corporate in-service training, and private engagements. She has found that the practice of Zentangle is so much more than a simple art or drawing practice. There are no “mistakes” within the Zentangle framework and therefore no erasing. Accepting unintended marks on the page as an opportunity to explore something new is an excellent way to practice feeling uncomfortable and releasing expectations. Both of which are helpful in drawing as well as in life.

In 2020, she took her teaching online and continues to teach monthly classes to students across the country. In the past two years, she has created two classes to offer her students new ways to explore with pen in hand while appreciating and valuing the marks they make on the page.

The first class, Zentangle Unfurled, invites students to create freely based on four suggested tangles in a structured class setting.

The second class, Zentangle Explore (ZTE), combines the slow drawing technique she learned from Amy Maricle of Mindful Art Studio with her love of Zentangle. This class is a way to explore drawing one Zentangle pattern really slowly.

Early on, a YouTube subscriber commented that she should talk more during her online class because her voice was so soothing to listen to. Now, she intuitively teaches during each ZTE class, integrating her channeled connection into her everyday life. Esther currently has 60-plus Zentangle Explore videos available on her YouTube channel (@episzczek), which are viewed worldwide.

Over the past 13 years, she has displayed her Zentangle-inspired artwork in hospitals, restaurants, and art galleries. Her largest project to date involved covering an upright piano with Zentangle-inspired artwork. To preserve the artwork on the piano, she commissioned an art documentary entitled Life and Art Entangled, which is available on YouTube.

In 2022, Esther became a certified Heartwork Journaling Coach and instructor. Heartwork Journaling uses simple creativity to explore thoughts and emotions on the page, leading to life-changing results. Participating in this year-long certification was a turning point in her life when she realized that if she had the power to choose her thoughts, then she also had the power to change her thoughts. She uses her coaching experience to empower family, friends, and paid clients to see their minds and emotions in new ways.

Esther currently resides in Duluth, Minnesota, with her husband, Paul, and her feline friend Misha, who sometimes appears in her online classes. She spends her spare time walking along the shore of Lake Superior, reading on her favorite bench, knitting, drawing, jumping into the lake, sweating in the sauna, and sitting in the sun whenever possible.

As a child, her parents discouraged her psychic abilities. “Like many parents raising psychic children, it can often be difficult to know what is real and what is not.” Laura grew up in an idyllic Michigan setting, enjoying the lakes for summertime fun, skiing, and ice skating, which only the cold Michigan winters could provide. The seasonal contrasts in her hometown in southern Michigan steeled her strength for the depths of hell she encounters.
